  • Standard (non-customised) orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

2. Customised Products (Lead Time)

All customised or personalised items require additional preparation time:

  • Production lead time: 5–7 business days before dispatch

  • This applies to all branded or logo-customised products

Please note that this is separate from shipping time.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier services

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays or high order volumes.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location

  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated on the website

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery

7. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

  • Please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date

  • We will assist in tracking the parcel with the courier

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • Risk passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the courier

  • We will assist in lodging a claim with the courier where applicable, but we do not guarantee replacement or refund for courier-related losses
