Refund & Returns Policy

At Sisiphosakho Signature Co., we take pride in delivering premium-quality products. This policy is aligned with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (South Africa) and is structured to protect both our customers and our business.
1. Defective or Faulty Products (CPA Section 56)
Customers may return goods that are defective, unsafe, or not fit for purpose within 6 months of delivery.
Conditions:

The defect must not result from misuse, negligence, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

The product must be returned with all original components where possible
Resolution:

Repair, replacement, or refund, as determined after inspection
We reserve the right to inspect and verify all defects before approving any claim.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items on Delivery
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photo or video evidence is required
If approved:

We will arrange collection or provide return instructions

A replacement will be issued where stock is available, or a refund if not
Claims reported after 48 hours may be declined.
3. No Returns for Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect product selection

Items no longer wanted
This is in accordance with South African law, which does not require returns for non-defective goods.
4. Customised & Personalised Products
All customised or branded items, including logo-branded products:

Are non-refundable and non-returnable

Unless confirmed defective under CPA guidelines
Customers are responsible for approving all customization details before production.
5. Return Conditions
Approved returns must meet the following requirements:

Items must be in original condition

Include original packaging and accessories where applicable

Must not show signs of misuse, damage, or alteration
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping is covered by us only if the item is confirmed defective or incorrect

In all other approved cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping
7. Refund Process

Refunds are processed after inspection and approval

Approved refunds will be completed within 7–10 business days

Refunds are issued via the original payment method
We reserve the right to decline refunds if returned items do not comply with this policy.
8. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or incorrect items

9. Proof of Purchase
All claims must include valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
No claims will be processed without proof of purchase.
